Request to List New Sukuk - ALKAN FINANCE SUKUK - The First Issuance

In implementation of Article (20) of the rules for listing and delisting securities, the Egyptian Exchange announces receiving a request on 22/04/2025, to list sukuk issued from ALKAN FINANCE SUKUK - The First Issuance, where the listing documents are being fulfilled to be presented to the Listing Committee , the details of the listing request are as follows

Mudaraba sukuk that are aligned with sustainable development and compliant with the principles and provisions of Islamic Sharia. They are tradable, non- convertible into shares, and offered through a private placement with a total value of EGP 7 billion.

The announcement shall be published for a period of five working days from its date, in implementation of the provisions of Article (20) of the rules for listing and delisting securities issued by the Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority No. (11) On 22/01/2014 and its executive procedures and their amendments
