The Financial Regulatory Authority Board of directors
has issued decision no. (23) of 2025 on 28/01/2025 suspending Horas Stock
Brokers optionally for one year (Third and the last year) starting from the
decision of the companys ordinary general assembly held on 03/11/2024, and
this is according to article no. (33) of the Capital Market Law no. (95) For
the year 1992.
Knowing that the company is now suspended by the
Membership Committees decision No (19) of 2020 issued on 30/04/2020.
