The Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority has issued decision no. (34) of 2025 on 12/02/2025 approving the voluntary suspension of Counsel Inc. activity for one year (the third and the last year), According to the decision of the company’s ordinary general assembly held on 06/01/2025, pursuant to the provision of Article no. (33) of the Capital Market Law No. 95 of 1992".
