According to the letter received from the MCDR on 2025/01/30 by the periodical partial redemption (installment no. 16) for the listed bonds of EFG Hermes Securitization The Second Issuance - Fifth Program Tranche B March 2026 Fixed Return. The total listed value of the bonds after the partial redemption becomes EGP 33,058,499.99 distributed over 3,101,175 bonds at a par value of EGP 10.65999. These modifications will be applied to EGX database effective 2025/02/02 trading session. This bond tranche has been locally rated by MERIS as (AA)¡ at a fixed annual return rate of 18.25% to be paid after 4 months for the first coupon then will be paid Monthly.
