According to the letter received from the MCDR on 2024/11/19 by the periodical partial redemption (Installment no. 15) for the listed bonds of EFG Hermes Securitization The Second Issuance - Third Program Tranche C July 2025 Fixed Return . The total listed value of the bonds after the partial redemption becomes EGP 3,215,000.00 distributed over 1,445,000 bonds at a par value of EGP 2.22491. These modifications will be applied to EGX database effective 2024/11/21 trading session. This Bond Tranche has been locally rated by MERIS as (AA)¡ at a fixed annual return rate of 13.05% to be paid monthly.
