The Listing Committee held on 11/09/2024 has approved to:
Amending the listing of the companys shares from the SME Market — in accordance with the provisions of Article (9) of the Listing and Delisting Rules — to be listed on the Main Market in accordance with the provisions of Article (7) of the Listing and Delisting Rules (moderate - activity List involving securities that permit investors on the securities of this market to practice the mechanisms of the intraday, dealing in securities on the day following the purchase, margin trading and accepted as collateral up to 80% of their market value) in accordance with Clause (2) of Article (23) bis of the listing and delisting rules, with the same data of the companys shares with an issued capital of EGP 135 million and 67,500,00 shares with a par value of EGP 2.00 represented in (5 issuances). This amendment will be effective from the beginning of 17/09/2024 trading session.
The opening price in the main market (Moderate - Activity List) is the last closing price for the companys share in the small and medium companies market before the amendment.
