According to the letter received from the MCDR on 2024/09/10 by the periodical partial redemption (installment no. 8) for the listed bonds of EFG Hermes Securitization The First Issuance - Second Program Tranche C January 2026 Fixed Return. The total listed value of the bonds after the partial redemption becomes EGP 80,957,000.00 distributed over 1,295,000 bonds at a par value of EGP 62.51505. These modifications will be applied to EGX database effective 2024/09/12 trading session. This bond tranche has been locally rated by MERIS as (A)¡ at a fixed annual return rate of 10.4% to be paid monthly
