The Financial Regulatory Authority Chairman
issued decision no. (2187) of 2024 on 10/09/2024 “suspending Bab El-Mlouk for
Securities Brokerage License
No. 128 of 1996 from performing its licensed activity for thirty days,
according to article no. (30) of the Capital Market Law no. (95) For the year
1992 and this is for not removing its attributed violations mentioned in the warning
dated on 04/01/2024 and 24/01/2024”.
And as received from FRA that the company has
been informed with the decision on 10/09/2024.
